Billion optoelectronics launched 1W and 3W high brightness, high power LED

Recently, Taiwan billion optoelectronics announced the launch of 1W and 3W high brightness, high power LED EHP-AX08/P01 (1W) and EHP-AX08/P03 (3W). EHP-AX08/P01 (1W) and EHP-AX08/P03 (the highest brightness in the market). EHP-AX08 can be applied in backlighting, automotive lighting (internal and external signal lights) and construction, aviation and emergency lighting.

The EHP-AX08 illuminator has a silicon lens, high light flux (90lm/W) and low thermal resistance (15 C/W, Typ). Using industry standard 8 mm x mm x 5.7 mm SOP package, these LED can be processed at higher reflow soldering temperatures. Unlike other packaging methods, silicon packaging prevents accelerated aging. EHP-AX08 provides a low thermal resistance to optimize heat control. In addition to brightness enhancement due to the high lumen output of the EHP-AX08 LED so that the LED can be driven at a lower current.

Billion light company's two EHP-AX08 LED series provides many different configurations and options to enhance the design flexibility. Each LED in the 1W and 3W series, such as Lambertian, Batwing and Side-Emitting and Focus4 provide different forms of LED, 8 basic colors including white light and a heat sink.
