South Korea KWT company to invest in Shandong Qingdao LED equipment manufacturing base

Recently, South Korea KWT company in Shandong province and the Qingdao high tech Zone signed the relevant agreement, a total investment of $36 million, will set up the epitaxial wafer detection, sorting integrated equipment manufacturing base in the high-tech zone.

The first phase of the project plans to start construction in 2011 of May, put into operation in October. Annual sales revenue is expected to reach $50 million. In a period of three years after the investment, KWT also plans to carry out the two phase of investment, mainly South Korea's R & D center, the development of new equipment into the factory in Qingdao. According to the plan, after the two phase of investment, the annual sales of the project will reach $500 million.
