4 billion U.S. dollars of low-carbon green building industry projects located in Dalian, Changxing Island

By the Shandong Provincial Department of housing and urban rural construction, Dalian Municipal People's government and the golden heart Hongkong International Investment Company Limited to jointly invest 4 billion, Hongkong Gold Heart International Limited dollar construction of the Dalian Changxing Island modern green building industry base project, in October 30th held a signing ceremony in Beijing's Great Hall of the people. Shandong provincial Party committee, the provincial government has been highly concerned about the development of Changxing Island. In actively promoting the 93 society, the central and State Ministry of housing and urban rural construction, the National Federation of Taiwan, and the Provincial Department of housing and urban rural construction under the Hongkong Gold Heart Group decided to invest $4 billion in modern green building industry base construction in Changxing Island. The signing of this project is a new strategy for the province to actively explore the development of low-carbon economy and slow down the warming of the atmosphere, opened the province to promote low-carbon economy, the prelude to the development of green building.

The first national green building industry pioneer, the main industries include environmental protection and energy saving building materials industry, housing industry, natural temperature structure of LED lighting system industry and photovoltaic industry, as well as new environmentally friendly fire industry and biodegradable materials industry. After the completion of the project will effectively promote the development of low-carbon economy and environmental protection and energy saving, green industry in Dalian, the formation of new industrial layout, and promote the development of ecological Changxing Island.

According to reports, the base will be the combination of international and domestic mature technology, the formation of the modern green building system, and through the government set up the stage, business investment mode, to the park plant introduction of related companies.
