A Morimi introduces low power LED driver for portable medical devices

CAT3661 uses a patented architecture, integrated fault protection and fault diagnosis, capable of driving up to 5mA of a single LED backlight. CAT3661 uses only 3mm x x 0.8mm (high) TQFN-16 package, to provide useful solutions to deal with the new design of available board space constraints of the engineers in.
