A6281:3 channel constant current LED driver; 10 bits per channel (bit) pulse width modulation (PWM); each channel 7bit analog current control; 6271A drive current up to 150 mA per channel; the working voltage is 17V; on-chip voltage regulator provides the internal logic and reduce the number of external components and connections; -40 ~ C to +85 the temperature range of 3 DEG C.; X 3mm QFN package. A6281 is suitable for large display or photographic equipment to drive a set of red / Green / blue (RGB) LED.
