An introduction of the integrated LED driver two LDO regulator

Linear Technology Corporation (Linear Technology Corporation) launched integrated white LED driver LTC3230 with two LDO voltage regulator, this device is used for driving the main and auxiliary LED display and providing low power rail systems in portable electronic products, and the use of 3mm x 3mm QFN compact package.

LTC3230 drives up to 5 25mA LED current source, the total output current 125mA, integrated two 200mA LDO, with a separate enable pin as well as low as 1.2V and 1.8V pin selectable output voltage. LTC3230 input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V has been optimized for single-cell Li ion / polymer applications. When the lithium ion battery (nominal value of 3.6V) is driven, the efficiency is 91%, and the quiescent current is only 400uA, which can prolong the working time of the battery.
