April motherboard manufacturers shipments will increase over the same period last year

From China's Taiwan news, a motherboard manufacturers including ASUS, elite and Gigabyte Company is expected fourth month motherboard shipments were increased over the previous year, but MSI did not provide the relevant data. Three motherboard manufacturers are expected in April its motherboard shipments will not exceed 7 million 100 thousand. Elite is expected in April its motherboard shipments will be close to 1 million 500 thousand, a decrease of 8% over the previous month, but an increase of more than the same period last year, the 1 million 340 thousand piece of 11.9%. From April to 5 million 710 thousand, the elite motherboard shipments are expected to grow at an annual rate of 3.6%. 2005 elite motherboard shipments target 20 million.

Gigabyte expects its motherboard shipments in April was 1 million 300 thousand, essentially flat with the previous month, but an increase of 6.5% over the same period last year, 1 million 220 thousand. January to April Gigabyte motherboard shipments are expected to be 4 million 660 thousand, 2005 shipments target of 16 million 400 thousand.
