The "standard" is designed to prohibit the use of powerful searchlights, high-power floodlights, and strict regulations on the interference of light in residential, apartment, hospital, ward and other buildings.

"Standard" requirements, landscape lighting should be designed to take full account of the surrounding landscape environment. The landscape lighting facilities around the house shall not affect the residents' normal rest, and the brightness of the lamps for the living rooms should be controlled.

When the landscape lighting is set on the road side of the motor vehicle, no LED lamps shall be set to the sight line of the driver.

The standard also specifies the maximum vertical illuminance of buildings, rooms, and hospital wards, as well as the maximum luminous intensity of the luminous body directly visible from the room. The street side of the residential area is slightly more relaxed than the non street side. With 23 hours as the boundary, the illuminance and light intensity standard before 23 hours are about three to five times higher than that of 23.

Rare trees are not suitable for landscape lighting

As for the influence of light pollution on animals and plants, the "standard" has also made it necessary to avoid landscape lighting disturbing the daily routine of animals and the normal growth of plants. It is not suitable to set up landscape lighting for rare trees.

Decorative bulbs installed on a tree shall be less than 1W in power and shall confirm that the surface temperature of the bulb is lower than the damage to the tree or the temperature at which it normally grows.
