Cameroon city public lighting project

In January 30, 2014, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of energy and water resources in Cameroon signed a contract for the city of Cameroon public lighting system.

The project includes the installation of 14739 sets of solar LED street lights in the public areas of the city of Cameroon, Cameroon, is one of the important measures to ease the power shortage and improve people's livelihood. China Electric Works as the general contractor, responsible for the design, procurement and installation of street lighting system, the contract signed into effect, the implementation of the project for 14 months.

The project will effectively ease the tense situation in Cameroon power, improve the livelihood of the people in Cameroon, especially the lack of public lighting in northern cities. Its successful signing, marking the Chinese electrician in the Cameroon market to achieve a rolling development.
