Canada Company's new action in the lighting market

Canada's Carmanah Technologies Corp. has signed a definitive agreement with Temple Inc., Temple Inc. is located in Decatur, Alabama, they have already purchased the lighting signs business from Carmanah company inventory and other assets.

Under the terms of the agreement, Temple will buy Carmanah's landmark business, including product list, related marketing materials and customer and vendor list.

In order to ensure the effective delivery of materials and processes, Carmanah will assist in the production and sales of the 90 day transition period.

Carmanah's chief executive, Ted Lattimore, said the deal would allow Carmanah to put its strategic goals on the solar and solar LED lighting market.

As a replacement for LED and the traditional traffic signal lights, side lights, Carmanah (edge-lit) by using the simplified design installation, because of its visibility, reliability, durability and energy saving properties are improved than traditional fluorescent lamp, so as to reduce the maintenance cost.

Carmanah's LED marine navigation lights can be used by coast guard, port and harbour authorities, including New York, London, Suez and Sydney harbour.
