China's first 10 million LED energy-saving lamp production line put into operation in Jining

Recently, self ballasted LED high-efficiency energy-saving lamp production line installed in Shandong Jining high tech Limited by Share Ltd general lighting, into trial production. It is expected that the annual production of new LED high efficiency energy saving lamp 10 million, is the first domestic production of 10 million LED efficient energy-saving lamp production line.

According to reports, the Jining high tech general lighting from the town of LED efficient energy-saving lamp automatic production line project investment 10 million yuan, from the Jining hi tech self financing in December 2009 started construction. The production line is equipped with a complete automatic assembly line of LED energy-saving lamps, with an hourly production capacity of up to 2500.

It is understood that the production line of products is as the luminous body with high power, high brightness, natural light LED, using high integrated self ballasted module as a control circuit, using non imaging technology design of dimming parts mainly manufacturing technology of LED lighting, incandescent lamp, a fluorescent lamp, it has the advantage of the third generation technology lighting products. The project product model for 1W, 3W, 5W, 8W; photoelectric conversion efficiency reached 15%, 1.67 times higher than ordinary products, service life can reach 35 thousand hours, fluorescent lamp, incandescent lamp, 40W and 60W respectively to replace 25W, 100W or the same power, basic maintenance free, to fill a number of common semiconductor lighting technology gap to reach the world advanced level.
