Crystal electric reconciliation with the Adamax lawsuit, the right to sell gold into the bag

LED epitaxial crystal leader crystal electric announced that the two sides reached a settlement with the Adamax in the United States in the northern California District Court in the patent infringement litigation, Adamax must pay for the future sale of LED filament products.

Adamax is accused of infringing on the crystal of the light emitting diode (LED) filament related patents, including the United States patent number 6346771, 7489068, 7560738, 8240,88, 8344353, 9065022.

Crystal electric said that under the current conditions of reconciliation, crystal electricity on the patent is no longer held accountable for the past Adamax in the LED filament product liability, and Adamax must be on the future sale of LED filament products to pay the price of electricity.

Crystal electric in August 30, 2016 for the LED filament related patent infringement lawsuit against Adamax, filed in U.S. District Court in northern California and the disputed patent except LED filament, and covers lighting products equipped with LED filament.

Crystal electric stressed that the settlement to protect the crystal in its core investment in the development of advanced LED technology. In addition, the crystal also announced the signing of a patent licensing contract with super era light source Co., Ltd. authorized the use of super time LED filament filament related patents.
