The purpose of the public presentation is to tell you, if the use of high power LED lamps do lighting appliances, you must choose a good heat dissipation of the floor (Mimura Naoki, responsible for the interpretation of the chemical industry). Because in considering the use of LED lighting appliances, there are still many people think that the use of glass epoxy floor to do LED lamp package is enough.
The sample structure used in this demo is as follows. The glass epoxy bottom plate is connected to the heat sink through the heat dissipation plate. High heat sink for the company 's "AGSP floor", which is directly connected to the heat sink. The higher heat dissipation of the sample is achieved by using this electrically heated AGSP substrate to connect to the heat sink via an electric heating plate.

The utility model has the advantages of high formability, and can also be used for the shell material besides the heat sink. The resin material is filled with filler in the resin, but details are not released.
