Dr. Tan Changlin resigned from the post of landward Vance CEO, and the company will look for new candidates.

In September 10th, landward Vance announced in his official website that Dr. Tan Changlin (Dr. Jacob C. Tarn) resigned as CEO of landlandus for personal reasons and came into effect in September 6th.

Dr. Tan Changlin has informed his board members of his decision. The board of supervisors has begun looking for new chief executive candidates. Before finding the right person, Dr. Tan Changlin's work will be shared by two managing directors, Erol Kirilmaz (chief sales and marketing officer) and Tim Yun Chen (chief financial officer).

Lin Jiliang, chairman of the board of supervisors (Lawrence Lin), said: "Lund Vance has made great progress in building the world's leading and completely LED lighting company. Before the appointment of the new CEO, Erol Kirilmaz, Tim Yun Che and the entire management team will ensure smooth operation.

According to the announcement, Dr. Tan Changlin took up the post of chief executive of Lund Vance in February 1st.

Prior to becoming chief executive Lund Vance, Dr. Tan Changlin has more than 30 years of international management experience in the global LED lighting industry. Prior to assuming office, Dr. Tan Changlin played a key role in reversing Samsung's LED business as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Samsung Electronics LED.
