EU warns China LED lamps

Recently, the European Commission's non food quick warning system issued a warning to 1 LED lamps produced in China. The reason is that the product may cause an electric shock when the product is in use. The product does not comply with the EU low voltage directive and related standard EN 62560.

The product of the OECD portal is classified as 78000000 - electrical products. The product is packed in cardboard boxes.

The case is notified to the state of Holland. In response, the Holland authorities have taken measures to withdraw the market.
