Fu Cheong electronics and Carle jointly launched the Freescale Wireless Control Reference Design

Fu Cheong Electronics announced its Future Lighting Solutions company before the launch of a wireless control reference design, suitable for the rapid development of wireless control applications in any industry, including wireless color mixing and solid-state lighting applications. The reference design is the Future Lighting of Solutions company and fly Si Carle Semiconductor Co. Ltd. (Freescale Semiconductor) jointly developed, using Freescale company Carle IEEE element and the 802.15.4 protocol, the design has high reliability and light radiation for long time and low power wireless connection.

With the future development of Freescale Carle joint reference design supporting components, including transceivers and controllers, etc., these are incorporated into the three main components of Freescale's Carle:

MC13213 system in package (SIP:System in Package) integrated 2.4 GHz RF transceiver, a low power and a 8 bit micro controller in the 9x9mm LGA package, can drive the use of wireless sensing and control applications, IEEE 802.15.4 Compliant MAC simple MAC or ZigBee protocol?.

MPR031 and MPR032 are low power, capacitive touch sensing controller, with high sensitivity, and is equipped with a dedicated feature set, such as the setting of the capacitance range, making it a wider range of applications.

MC34673 is an integrated battery charger, fully cost effective, can be used for lithium ion or lithium polymer battery. (http://www.LEDsmagazine.com/products/18884)
