It is reported that the project intends to invest 70 million 30 thousand yuan for energy saving on the main road, two road, rural and urban primary and secondary roads into the village main road such as street lights and the landscape engineering; on 32 main street of the village has been supporting the energy-saving light source is installed; 22 of the county's County trunk road construction, the follow up installation energy-saving light source, to achieve the county unified public lighting intelligent control. Preliminary estimates, the smooth implementation of the project, Dongshan County Public Lighting every year can save electricity and maintenance fees of about 8 million 700 thousand yuan, public lighting has been built every year can save 7 million 260 thousand kwh electricity, saving 2434 tons of standard coal, 5705 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
