Fujian public lighting is expected to popularize solar energy

Fujian province will be in the public infrastructure vigorously promote the popularization and application of LED and photovoltaic products, encourage financial capital construction, road lighting, highway lights, traffic lights, city public places LED display, city landscape lighting engineering, preferred in production of LED and photovoltaic products.

Fujian Provincial Government Information Office held a press conference yesterday announced that in 2009 the Fujian photovoltaic industry project matchmaking will be held from 10 to April 9th in Quanzhou city. The event will be one of a series of activities of the "6 - 18" channel project fair, will build photovoltaic industry achievements transformation, project docking and investment platform for discussion.

It is reported that LED (semiconductor light-emitting diode) has high energy utilization, green and other advantages, is a new generation of energy-saving lighting products. Solar photovoltaic industry is the solar energy will be converted into electricity through solar cells, solar cells and LED integrated application will achieve the development of new energy and environmental protection and energy saving perfect combination.
