GE lighting sets three principles to quit China's "aftermath"

In September 29th, GE lighting officially announced the results of the negotiations with distributors after ten days of protest in China. This is the second official statement made by GE lighting in the promotion of commercial activities in Asia and China. The statement said that GE lighting has attached great importance to the concerns of some recent distributors regarding the subsequent arrangements for GE lighting to terminate business activities in Asia. GE lighting global chief operating officer has rushed to China for the first time to listen to the specific demands of distributors and work with the Chinese team on a fair and just basis. The following principles are clarified in respect of subsequent arrangements, providing support for the smooth transition of distributors: 1. as previously communicated with distributors, GE lighting will fulfil all initial product warranty commitments, until the end of the warranty period; 2. will help dealers complete 11 in 2016. Customer orders have been successfully signed and signed 30 days before the month. As the distributors are different, they will follow up with the dealers one by one, and provide targeted support according to the specific circumstances. 3., the existing inventory of dealers will be followed up with the dealers one by one, and targeted support will be provided according to the contract and specific circumstances. To fulfill the above commitments, GE lighting has set up a dedicated team to provide strong support for dealers.
