German scientists use Zinc Oxide to manufacture high performance LED

According to foreign media reports, German scientists are using hydrogen doping method to produce higher performance LED and other semiconductors. They said that the use of Zinc Oxide semiconductor manufacturing, reasonable control of hydrogen atoms will become a key.

Doping is a necessary condition for activation of semiconductor, it will be incorporated into the crystal foreign atoms, and the atoms can release (n doped) or an electronic absorption (P doped), so as to create a hole in a solid. Scientists have been trying to combine hydrogen and P type doping, but hydrogen atoms are more likely to be doped with N type, but this will hinder the semiconductor process.
