Guangdong LED lighting products benchmark index officially released

Science and Technology Department of Guangdong Province, Zhongshan municipal government and the province of Guangdong semiconductor lighting engineering research innovation alliance, recently held in Zhongshan of Guangdong Province, LED lighting products benchmark conference, the first local government introduced the LED lighting products index benchmark.

LED lamp test method "in Guangdong Province, LED lighting products" will develop a unified benchmark, and conduct regular inspection of the product, the dynamic index represents the level of product innovation in LED lighting industry, which is the benchmark index, including the lighting environment temperature, illumination level, vertical brightness, temperature cycling, humidity durability 10 indicators for product testing.

LED lighting products in the benchmark index will be extended in the street of Guangdong, LED green lighting demonstration city, the condition is ripe, will be the benchmark index as a guide, leading local standards and the National Institute of standards and development. At the same time, will also strengthen the international standard magnitude DOE energy research institutions, promote the benchmark index into the LED street international certification system.
