Guangdong provincial government issued the Guangdong Provincial People's Government on the promotion of energy conservation and environmental protection industry development opinions, by 2015, energy saving and environmental protection industry output value reached 600 billion yuan.

According to the opinion, Guangdong province will promote energy-saving and environmental protection products, including speeding up the promotion of industrial energy-saving technologies and equipment, vigorously promote energy-efficient appliances, green lighting to promote LED industrialization demonstration, promotion of new energy vehicles and a number of specific initiatives.
