At present, more than 6000 high-efficiency LED lamps have been used to replace the 7000 traditional lamps and lanterns. Handan City Administration Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau responsible person said, Handan is the first city in the province to implement EMC street lighting energy-saving transformation of the city. 12 streets and alleys have been transformed and completed. With the maturity of the scheme and multi trial, with the development of technology, the new generation of lighting LED light source has gradually matured. The Handan Municipal Engineering Management Office has installed a new LED street lamp on many roads such as Yingbin Road, Renmin Road and Fu Dong Street. The third party on-site inspection of the China Classification Society quality certification company certified by the national development and Reform Commission has greatly reduced the power after the road lighting transformation, and the pavement illumination index has met or exceeded the requirements of the national standard. In February 28th this year, the Handan municipal government procurement center street lamp contract energy transformation project through open tender, Tian Xu, Hengyuan Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. provided excellent performance, won the bid through expert review, and signed a contract for transformation. It is agreed that the project will be fully invested by China Aerospace and invest in LED street lamps in Handan. During the contract period, Xu Hengyuan is responsible for the renovation of the lamps concerned and is responsible for the corresponding maintenance, replacement and management. After the transformation is completed, the illumination of the road surface needs to meet the requirements of the national standard. The first phase of the renovation project was successfully completed. The first phase of the EMC energy saving transformation project of Handan street lamp was selected on the Fu Dong Street (Zhuhe road Lingyuan Road) with low road illumination standards, and the Zhonghua Street (Luofu Road, Zhuhe Road, Qu Liang Road, Lian Fang Road, Zhuhe Road Chengfeng highway) and East Ring Road (Lingyuan road Yingbin Road). In the project, LED lamps with long service life and high luminous efficiency were used to transform energy saving. More than 6000 high-efficiency LED lamps were replaced by 7000 traditional lamps to improve the illumination and energy consumption. In May 10th this year, 30 -7, in 110 Yu Tian, successfully completed 12 road and high pole lamp energy saving transformation work. After renovation, the street lights of the city are brighter and the night scene is more beautiful. The purpose of energy saving for road lighting has also been achieved. After the implementation of this project, the electricity consumption can be saved by 4 million 730 thousand degrees per year. The electricity consumption can be reduced by 37 million 840 thousand degrees in the contract period, 37736 tons of carbon dioxide emissions and 15136 tons of standard coal can be saved.
