In May 28, 2012, the people's Government of Guangdong held a conference on popularizing and applying LED lighting products in Guangzhou, studying and deploying our province to popularize and popularize LED lighting products in the field of public lighting, and issued the implementation plan for the promotion and use of LED products in Guangdong province. The deputy governor of the province represented the provincial government and the municipal government. The government signed the "responsibility book for the promotion and use of LED lighting products". According to the relevant person in charge of the Qingyuan Municipal Comprehensive Administration Bureau, the quality of the project is strictly guaranteed in the process of the project construction. Strictly grasp the access conditions of the products, the products used in the promotion of the project must be the recommended catalogues of the LED benchmarking system in Guangdong. We should give priority to products with high energy efficiency and high local matching degree. LED lamps and lanterns manufacturing enterprises must guarantee the consistency between the products installed and the benchmarking products, and the qualification of cancelling the recommended products of the catalogues, and not participating in the bidding of similar projects within 3 years. If the energy saving service company does not purchase the products according to the regulations, it shall cancel the qualification of the bidding and shall not participate in the implementation of the LED lighting project within 3 years. The road lighting index after the reform must meet the requirements of "urban road lighting design standard" (CJJ45-2006). The voltage, current and power factors of the reconstructed road lighting system must meet the standard requirements of the national electric power design, such as "power quality public power grid harmonics" (GB/T14549-93). Especially in the areas involving public transportation safety, we should steadily promote, strictly control the quality, and ensure safety first.

According to the third party test results, the LED lighting products used in this project are recommended by the LED benchmarking system in Guangdong province. The lamp light chip life of the lamps is not less than 50 thousand hours, the luminous efficiency of the chip is not less than 110LM/W, the color temperature of the light source is 3500-5000K, the color index is greater than 70, the power factor is more than 0.9, protection and so on.
