Participating enterprises, universities and research institutes to reach the "LED training base in Heilongjiang province" construction agreement. Provincial Productivity Promotion Center, Harbin Engineering University, Harbin University of Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology will integrate (LED opto electronic engineering research center), Heilongjiang information technology Career Academy College of resources, build a platform for training LED talents, give priority to the alliance enterprise recommendation and delivery of graduates, while using the R & D personnel and equipment of colleges and universities to provide new product development, process design outsourcing services for enterprises. Alliance enterprises will also provide the venue and conditions for students and colleges and universities to promote the construction of LED talent training base in Heilongjiang Province, to provide support for the development of the industry.
