In addition to reducing energy consumption, traditional equipment has a life span of only 6000 hours, and the system has extended its service life to 30000 hours. After more than one year's continuous operation, almost no light failure, and the photoelectric parameters remain out of the factory state. According to the spectrum, the UV LED is very concentrated on the 365 to 385 nanoscale bands for the curing of fiber ink, which is more favorable to curing than the medium pressure mercury lamp. Zhang Shanduan said: "the new UV LED light curing system requires only 1/5 of the traditional energy consumption, which can be twice as high as the traditional radiation, half of the drawing speed, and work longer." The first international LED power density is introduced in the world. This UV LED UV curing system can not only replace the traditional microwave medium pressure mercury lamp, but also achieve technical breakthrough and innovation in many respects compared with the existing products of the same kind. The system is composed of three parts: the optical fiber curing furnace, the driving power supply and the cooling system. Another highlight of the technological innovation is an efficient ultraviolet refraction and reflection system. The optical system includes carefully designed lenses and reflectors, which can converge ultraviolet light from the light source to the cylindrical axis, enhance the radial illumination of the axis, and reduce the optical loss, thus improving the speed of the wire drawing. The future of support production is expected to promote more industry changes. The system has declared 6 invention patents, and outstanding technical performance has also produced significant economic and social benefits. Under the aid of the system, maintaining the same system input power, the wire drawing speed of the fiber wire drawing tower can increase by nearly 50%, reaching an astonishing speed of 3000 meters per minute. Now, only two silk pagoda will be able to produce the original three silk pagoda, saving investment, increasing production and reducing energy consumption. The data show that several international optical fiber giants have added a total of 1 billion 840 million yuan in the last three years after the use of the system in a small scale, with a new profit of 300 million yuan, and a power saving rate of 4 million 430 thousand yuan and 4 thousand tons of carbon dioxide emissions when the electricity saving is 4 million 20 thousand kwh.
