High power LED mass production of LG Innotek 180lm/W

LG Innotek successfully realized the mass production of the high power LED package (H35C4 Series), which was the highest light effect, and reached 180lm/W.

The light efficiency of the LG Innotek high power LED packaging product has increased by more than 13% compared with the products produced before. Compared to the competitors of the same grade products, the optical efficiency has also increased by more than 10%.

LG Innotek has proposed that it is planned to supply the H35C Series of the mass production to the global market since October.

LG Innotek, based on the vertical LED chip technology, made the luminescent phosphors produced by the LED chip and optimized the mixing process, and improved the performance successfully. In particular, the actual environment of LED lighting, at 85, 700mA, is 10lm/W higher than other competing products, reaching a light efficiency of 152 lm/W, and the performance and reliability of the product have been recognized.

It also increases the life of the product. According to the test results of "LM-80" in the -LED lighting reliability assessment table of the EPA certification system, the product has increased by about 3 times the life span of the previous 51000 hours, that is, for 150000 hours.

LG Innotek achieves warm color (2700K), cold white (5000K), daylight color (6500K) and other color temperature products in all range and the high color display (High CRI) product series which is above 90 of the color index (CRI) similar to natural color. Customers who buy this product can design LED lighting products according to the purpose of use.

At the same time, LG Innotek plans to develop high performance new products such as high power LED package, high efficiency LED package and so on, and plans to strengthen the series of lighting products through UV LED with the highest performance in the world and high value-added products such as lighting LED on the car.
