In the first half of the year, Hongli realized its operating income of 1 billion 924 million 770 thousand and 400 yuan, an increase of 18.40% over the same period last year. The net profit attributable to the parent company owners was 234 million 115 thousand and 500 yuan, an increase of 33.61% over the same period last year.

During the reporting period, the company's LED packaging, LED automotive lighting, Internet vehicle owners service three major business segments steadily. Among them, LED packaging realized revenue of 1 billion 465 million 764 thousand yuan, accounting for 76.15% of total business revenue, down 2.16% from the same period last year; net profit of 173 million 39 thousand and 100 yuan, accounting for 74.45% of the company's net profit, a 20.57% increase over the same period last year. The decline in revenue was mainly due to the decline in the prices of major raw materials in LED packaging, the intense competition in the LED lighting market, and the decline in sales prices of LED packaging products.

LED auto lighting revenue was 249 million 556 thousand and 100 yuan, an increase of 152.98% over the same period, a net profit of 18 million 859 thousand and 100 yuan, accounting for 8.11% of the company's net profit, down 26.41% from the same period last year. The main reasons for the decline in net profit are: (1) the average gross profit margin of smart lamps and lanterns of Yicheng car lights is lower than that of commercial vehicle LED intelligent lamps and lanterns, and the price of some products is slightly lower, the prices of some raw materials are rising, and the fluctuation of RMB exchange rate and other factors, resulting in the gross profit of LED automotive lighting business. Internet car owners' service revenue was 209 million 450 thousand and 300 yuan, accounting for 10.88% of total business revenue, representing an increase of 624.62% over the same period last year. Net profit of 40 million 517 thousand and 700 yuan, accounting for 17.43% of the company's net profit, was 474.11% higher than that of the same period last year.

In the first half of this year, Abison achieved operating income of 840 million yuan, an increase of 64% over the same period last year, and realized a net profit of 103 million yuan attributable to shareholders of listed companies, an increase of 199.07% over the same period last year. In the first half of this year, Xiamen XinDa achieved a revenue of 26 billion 352 million yuan, an increase of 8.88% over the same period last year, and a net profit of 58 million 464 thousand and 200 yuan attributable to shareholders of listed companies, an increase of 10.04% over the same period last year.
