IFA 2007: PHILPS released LED backlit LCD TV Aurea

Holland PHILPS IFA 2007 released Aurea TV, "Philips reinvents tELevision viewing with the launch of Aurea at IFA 2007", and see a reinvent. Aurea HDTV LCD TV with LED backlight system is a new generation of PHILPS (Ambilight) and Perfect Pixel HD Engine and high quality audio (26 speakers), 1080p, 100Hz, 3 millisecond response time, 42 inches. Backlight system uses 126 LED, placed in the plane of the semi transparent border, to create a more integrated television environment atmosphere.

PHILPS also invited Wong Kar Wai to make short for Philips Aurea, both of which are light and color performance of the master, short film called "There is only one Sun", and fashion photographer Vincent Peters as its filming ads, models for French actress Am lie Daure.
