Invest $30 million! NVC co founded the yuan China Growth Fund

NVC announced on April 21, 2017, the company and the general partner of Guoyuan Asset Management (Asia) Limited entered into a subscription agreement and limited partnership agreement.

Accordingly, the company has applied to the state of China growth investment fund limited partnership to subscribe for partnership interests, commitment to the amount of capital invested $30 million. The general partner or its affiliates will make a commitment to a limited partnership to a total amount of not less than $10 thousand in the amount of capital contribution prior to the initial delivery date.

According to previous announcements, March 6, 2017 preliminary agreement of limited partnership, the general partner and the company has established a limited partnership and the company has agreed to make $1 capital investment for the first time as a contribution to the limited partnership.

The limited partnership activities (the partnership business) to achieve long-term capital appreciation, private equity companies or private equity fund to invest primarily in industry lighting, energy saving and environmental protection related; and not in the list of appropriate investment, in order to improve the rate of return on investment for the purpose of the world within the scope of fixed income securities, loans and debt instruments.

Limited partnership in the period in accordance with the general partner of the partnership enterprise law to the Cayman Islands exempted starting registry limited partnership to submit the statement of the day, and continued until the initial delivery to fully and effectively, the third anniversary of the date or within a limited partnership liquidation time; but the premise for the general partner shall have the right to decide the Co. the duration of a period of two years of partnership.
