Japan Research Institute: the global LED substrate market will break 2 trillion yen in 2025.

Japanese market research and development agency Fuji research 17 released the LED base plate and its materials and related application market survey report: large scale production of Chinese manufacturers, although the price of LED substrate has declined, but driven by the increasing demand for white LED substrates for lighting, the scale of the whole LED substrate market will be increased to a slight increase. It is estimated that the scale of the global LED substrate market will be exceeded by 2 trillion yen in 2025 and 2 trillion 77 billion 400 million yen (about 128 billion 800 million yuan) in 2025, which will be 8.7% higher than that in 2017.

The above agencies pointed out that the LED scale market forecast in 2018 will grow 20.3% to 930 thousand square meters over 2017, and it will be expanded to 2 million 100 thousand square meters in 2025 and 2.7 times in 2017.

In addition, it also pointed out that in 2018, the market size forecast of LED will grow by 11.9% to 77 billion 100 million yen compared with 2017, and the estimated value will be expanded to 113 billion 900 million yen in 2025, which will increase by 65.3% compared with 2017.

In terms of quantity, the forecast of the market size of phosphor in 2018 will grow 23.5% to 200 tons compared with 2017. In 2025, it will be expanded to 361 tons, and will increase 1.2 times (120%) over 2017.
