The "Interim Measures" preferential included since October 2009 in the city of Jiangmen City hi tech Zone Management Authority and the city of Pengjiang high tech Zone, Taishan Xinhui, park incorporated or capital construction, and the relationship between the tax LED project in Jiangmen high tech Zone and the park. The development of "Interim Measures" focus on the LED of the whole industry chain, especially to encourage the use of new equipment and new technology, to give support in the introduction of equipment and production materials, manufacturing, packaging and application, there are specific preferential policies and fees, in the LED project administrative personnel incentives, tax incentives, and encourage listing independent innovation etc.. Compared to the previously announced "to promote the LED industry of Jiangmen high tech Development Zone Development interim preferential measures" (River [2009]36), the "Interim Measures" provisions of the revised preferential subsidies for the use of advanced MOCVD equipment, increase the preferential provisions on the LED substrate, equipment, packaging, increase the application of demonstration enterprise the preferential provisions of some contents.

It is understood that in April 28th, the city of Jiangmen and the provincial Commission by letter contract to build the province's strategic emerging industries (green light) base, the two sides will strengthen cooperation in policy support, investment, breakthrough, key technology industrialization demonstration and so on, for the LED industry in the province and the national development play an exemplary role.
