Focus on the detection of the LED lamp identification, lamp power, initial luminous efficiency, power factor, color characteristics, dielectric strength, input power and current, the operating temperature of the leakage current and electric strength, internal wiring and other indicators. The total detection of 10 groups of LED lamp, the 9 groups failed, the failure rate was 90%. The inspection of commodity quality in the industrial and commercial departments has certain pertinence, and the test results do not represent the overall quality level of the commodity in the market circulation.

The main problems of LED lamps are unqualified marking, lamp power failure and dielectric strength failure.
