LED National Christmas tree decorated with Christmas lights

From the beginning of Christmas in December 1923, Washington has lit the National Christmas tree. This Christmas, GE lighting will use emerging LED lighting technology to decorate the National Christmas tree. This is the fifty-first time GE lighting Christmas tree. Last year's Christmas tree, GE uses thousands of LED lights, including 450 LED lights and 120 star LED ornaments shine together.

This year's Christmas tree, which is based on LED's spherical jewelry and traditional LED lights, as well as commercial GE LED products, is a perfect combination of the American National Christmas tree, located in Washington, D. c.. The top of this year's design tree consists of 7 LED globular, plum shaped, star shaped wreaths. The GE manager and the Institute of lighting the National Christmas tree Festival lighting designer Mary Beth Gotti said: "LED Ge on holiday lights 80% less than traditional incandescent lamp energy, we are very honored to be a part of this great tradition, and to bring new technology into the design. "A total of 5700W lighting design consumption, the use of LED to provide 80% of the overall energy saving, and equivalent to reduce carbon emissions by 5700 pounds. The tree has a total of 265 ornaments and 225 LED lights string. At the top of the star Ge uses a commercial class of the largest LED system, commonly used in professional signage, providing a bright, shiny tree hat.
