1, the quality problem is increasingly serious

2, the lack of independent brands

Independent brand is an important factor for the success of a product, the use of independent innovation brand is China's export enterprises to promote marketing. The lack of independent brands, international expansion is difficult and the export processing enterprises are still at the low end of the industry chain, the lack of brand awareness of the enterprise caused by the sales and marketing strategy and brand building is not harmonious, the brand can be well established in the minds of consumers without awareness.

3, independent intellectual property rights awareness is weak

In recent years, although the number of mainland China LED patent applications increased significantly, but our position in the global LED intellectual property in the pattern has not been fundamentally improved, and in the market is still a serious lack of fair and orderly principles. As a result of the intellectual property issues often evolved into a patent dispute, the risk of trade friction is also increasing.

Domestically, many enterprises do not know the place for the intellectual property, business ideas still remain in the "money" of the low level, resulting in some domestic enterprises seriously restricted by intellectual property issues, resulting in increasingly prominent leading industries lack the right to crisis. Domestic export enterprises lack of independent intellectual property rights, resulting in a negative impact on exports, there will be a large direct economic losses every year.

The issue of intellectual property rights LED industry in relation to the sustainable development of the entire LED industry, if not properly addressed could trigger a series of industrial crisis, product market will continue to appear phenomenon of homogeneous competition, the product is difficult to transfer industrial profits. The main reason is the imperfect intellectual property protection system and the weak concept of intellectual property rights.

In order to fundamentally solve the patent problem, enterprises only rely on R & D to achieve. Domestic enterprises need to have a sense of intellectual property rights, intellectual property rights as a means of self-protection; the government needs to guide the domestic LED patent layout at the macro level, to help companies targeted for patent.

4, facing double competitive pressure

Although LED is widely used in many segments of the market has a broad prospect. 5, the overall strength of domestic enterprises is not strong

Compared with foreign large enterprises, the majority of domestic enterprises do not dominate the overall strength.
