LED industry salary distribution announced in which you file?

The users involved in the survey, 44% of the users of the company is located in the Southern China area, so the survey is more targeted at the city of Southern China LED market, there are certain regional characteristics (Figure 1). In a 2014 industry compensation survey analysis, Southern China, East China, North China three salaries are generally higher, so the salary surveys are generally lower than other regions except North East, two more.

The survey of LED users, 20% of users engaged in sales / marketing category, as well as the management of the planning work in the class (Figure 19%) (Figure three). Photoelectric design / technology accounted for only 6%, semiconductor technology users also only accounted for 5%. This is also seen from the side of the LED industry lack of high-end technical personnel.

The overall development of the domestic LED lighting industry is lagging behind, one of the performance is the lack of high-end talent. Today, LED patent war has sounded, the lack of core technical personnel has become the bottleneck of the development of enterprises.

The survey of LED users, 38% of the net after tax wages between 4-6K, as well as a low salary of 32% of users, between 2K-4K (Figure four). It also shows that the current LED industry planning, management and sales of wages is not high. Reach a monthly salary of 30K and above users only 1%, more than 15K users reached a monthly salary of less than 4%, so the wage in Southern China area is not high, this also can be seen in Southern China, East China, North China three outside, the rest of the salary may be lower.

In the face of such a wage situation, 55% of the LED industry users are satisfied with the existing salary expressed (Figure five). 11% of users said they are not satisfied, that they are not worth the price, there are 12% of users said they are not satisfied with the decision to quit. This also can be seen, although the salary is not very high, but there are still 75% of users is recognized from the side reaction can also present LED practitioners more pragmatic, or another angle can also be speculated that LED enterprises make relative employees a sense of belonging, and make it to the current wage basic recognition.

For my salary, 24% of users believe that the tax 4K-6K is more reasonable, but also 24% of the users that after tax wages 6K-8K suitable to their posts, less than 4% of the netizens think their jobs should get a monthly salary of 30K or above (Figure six). It can be seen that the majority of users believe that their wages can rise slightly 20-50% is more reasonable.
