Design Ingo Maurer is a German lighting designer and a brilliant poet. Following the previously reported streetlights, Ingo Maurer, who calls herself the charmer of the light, brings her own street lamp Guddevol (a pleasant journey in Luxemburg's language).

"Hazy lights can inspire people's imagination. The lighting area is like a stage, where children can play, play and play. Lighting also creates a special sense of community, attracting a group of adults to sit down and chat and enjoy the interaction between people. This is the inspiration for street lamps. According to official reports, Guddevol introduced Luxemburg for the first time in 2014 and plans to install more such streetlights in the city centre in 2016.

Guddevol street lights are disc shaped, similar to UFO. It consists of five big round lamps, the diameter of the round lamp is about 420cm, and there is an opening at the center. A LED lamp is embedded in the opening of the curve, and a circle of light illuminates the surface of the disc to form a white ring. The circular lamp is supported by three fine frames and keeps a certain inclination to the ground, which is full of artistic conception.

"Guddevol is carefully designed to illuminate the ground, while avoiding the upward dispersion of lights," the designer said.
