This is called "Soil Lamp" LED lamp made by Marieke Staps. There's really no complicated structure in a guy who looks like a flask, just some dirt on the bottom and a shiny LED on the top. The organic matter in the soil generates energy through metabolism, lighting up the LED lamp. It's a good idea to use it as a street light, but its brightness is too low. It suits the nursery in front of your house. You just put it "planted" in the yard, no matter when watering, fertilizing it can be lit up.
