San an, Hua Chan, Ao Yang, Shunchang and other land LED plants to implement the localization of the machine, the new capacity comes out, the LED chip price pressure is not reduced, the LED bulb low order lighting products prices are weak, for the LED packaging factory, the low level lighting has no revenue and profits, but also has to bear the cost of the supply chain, so it has to quit the low level LED. In the field of lighting, profit and high value added lighting are the focus of production.

Billion light reduces the proportion of profit areas such as profit, backlighting, lighting and other consumer areas, increasing niche applications, such as red light and vehicle use. The proportion of revenue from lighting has dropped to 16-17%. The proportion of revenue from future car products may continue to decline to 1.

In the past, LED accounted for up to 4 of the cost of lighting products. As the price of products dropped, the proportion continued to decline, and iron products increased. Longda believed that the semiconductor compound plant should not put resources on the iron lighting parts. In recent years, the profit margins of low lighting products and the proportion of lighting products will be reduced from 4 to 3.

Dongbei cut off the low profit lighting orders, resulting in a decrease of 5 billion 869 million yuan last year (NT $, the same below), an annual reduction rate of 28%. In the first half of August this year, the revenue was 3 billion 554 million yuan, with an annual reduction rate of 7.01%. It turned to develop higher value-added lamps, health and intelligent applications, and obtained Toshiba lighting brand authorization to expand the European market share. 。
