LED patent war continues, Cree sued the United States Emson patent infringement

According to foreign media reports, CREE has been to the District Court of Massachusetts filed for U.S. enterprises E. MishanSons, Inc. ("Emson") charges, charges Emson flashlight products infringe its LED technology patents, including Bell + Howell Taclight.
