The project will use the technology of independent intellectual property rights, making the sapphire single crystal substrate, and patterned substrates, is expected to reach an annual output of 400 tons, with an annual output of 8 million crystal substrate wafer, with an annual output of 5 million pieces of various types of patterned substrate production capacity, these materials are widely used in microelectronics, aerospace, medical and other fields.

LED is one of the emerging industries in Jinzhou district to develop the LED sapphire project consistent with the direction of Industrial Development Zone, the project will add a new bright spot for the District of Jinzhou LED industry.
