(4) and (1) LED ON/OFF, LED drive; brightness level available 1 wire port configuration; 32:1 linear LED brightness control; output voltage of two 200mA linear regulator with a pin selectable, constant frequency; low noise; internal soft start limits inrush current during start-up and mode switching; thermal limits and open / short LED protection; 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range; 3mm x 3mm x 0.75mm QFN-20 package.
