Three, supplier qualification:

In line with the requirements of the twenty-second article of the government procurement law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant qualification requirements.

Four, the submission of quotation.

1, offer letter deadline: June 8, 2010 at 15:00 pm.

2, offer letter address: Langxi County bidding Center (Langxi County, Sichuan Road, the new financial building, the second floor of the evaluation room) six.

Five, relevant requirements

1, in line with the inquiry procurement documents (including supplementary corrections, if any) of the specific technical requirements.

2, the price requirements: including taxes, freight, installation and commissioning fees and other related costs.

3, the modified principle: if the product quotation and total price and quantity are not the same, the unit price shall prevail; if the price is obviously misplaced decimal point, should be based on the price as the standard, and fixed price; and the sum of the total amount of the total price is inconsistent with sum of the total amount shall prevail; in the digital form and amount word is not the same as the amount, the amount in words shall prevail.

4, the composition of the bidding documents: the legal power of attorney, a copy of the tax registration certificate, a copy of the business license of the enterprise, the letter of offer, technical response table (the above information should be stamped with the official seal).

Six, the requirements of suppliers:

1, must be substantially responsive to the terms of the inquiry procurement documents (including supplementary corrections, if any).

2, the inquiry of suppliers and procurement units have doubts on purchasing the contents of the documents within three working days to inform in writing the center since the inquiry procurement documents published, overdue as default, the consequences of the inquiry by the supplier or the procurement unit responsible.

3, the supplier shall be in accordance with the inquiry procurement documents (including supplementary corrections, if any) of the procurement requirements and requirements (in RMB).

1.5, inquiry supplier delivery time can not substantive response inquiry documents, the procurement unit can not accept.

2, this inquiry by inquiry in purchasing substantial response supplier procurement documents inquiry (including corrections, if any) under the premise of the lowest turnover of suppliers.

Eight, after the transaction is subject to the following conditions:

1, the supplier must be in accordance with the tender documents shown in the model in the promised time to provide goods.

2, after-sales service

After sales service shall not be less than the State Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine and other relevant provisions of the state, the state does not require manufacturers to implement the provisions. The national standard is lower than the manufacturer's standard.
