High demonstration value of "intelligent street lamp" in the west area

At the end of 2011, the 4399 old municipal street lamps of the riverside road, Dongjiang Road, Qingnian Road, Jin Bi road and development avenue in the west area were upgraded. The project adopts the contract energy management model, which changes the tradition of urban lighting system transformation from financial investment. The specific practice is that, in the case of zero investment in the district government, RONG Wen invested a comprehensive transformation of street lights in the West Zone for a period of 10 years. In this period, RONG Wen shares the energy saving benefits of 9:1 with the district government, and RONG Wen is free to bear the maintenance of the lamps and control systems. After the expiration of the contract, RONG Wen company delivered a complete set of system equipment, and the district government enjoyed the energy saving benefits alone.

As long as the lines are not relaid, as long as the lamps and lanterns of the original road lamps are replaced, and then the smart electric boxes can be added, the energy-saving reconstruction of the project is completed in 30 days, and the number of street lamps is optimized to 3966 under the condition of maintaining the quality of the lighting.

In March 1, 2012, the project was officially operated through acceptance, and it soon showed good results. Through the "Internet of things street lamp intelligent control system", you can clearly master the running of each street lamp, and accurately display the position, voltage, current, power and energy saving of each lamp on the map, so as to make "daylight light, daylight, light, less people turn dark", and change the previous street light can not. The situation of unnecessary waste is caused by light demand, and the quality of lighting and operation efficiency are obviously improved.

According to the operation data provided by the Power Grid Corp for 24 months (March 5, 2012 to March 5, 2014), the road surface brightness of the project is raised by 10%-30%, the average energy saving rate is over 55%, the electricity cost is 5 million 700 thousand yuan, the average annual saving electricity cost is 2 million 850 thousand yuan, that is, the annual energy saving energy is 3 million 160 thousand degrees, the standard coal is 1106 tons, and the annual reduction of 2876 tons of carbon dioxide and 27 is reduced. Because of the fine management of road lamp, accurate control and high efficiency of light component, the balanced and comfortable lighting effect is guaranteed, the failure rate of energy saving lighting equipment and maintenance management cost are reduced, and the management and maintenance pressure of municipal street lamp is greatly reduced. In addition, the street lamp network management platform can also be extended to achieve the functions of many intelligent cities, such as air monitoring, public safety, traffic monitoring, harmonious community, environmental protection and so on.

The 23 thousand street lamps will be replaced by the LED street light this year

The statistics of Luogang District related units show that at present, there are 24593 municipal street lamps in the East, Yonghe, Kowloon, the Science City, the Biological Island and the Luogang street. The annual electricity consumption is about 36 million 320 thousand degrees, and the annual electricity fee is 32 million 790 thousand yuan. The energy saving transformation of the intelligent street lamp with the Internet of things will save about 25 million 420 thousand degrees of electricity per year, the annual electricity fee of about 22 million 950 thousand yuan, and reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and other greenhouse gases by about 23969 tons in the year. This shows that Luogang District has built the regional municipal street light energy saving space, and the maintenance efficiency also has a lot of room for promotion.

The proposal to undertake the construction of the unit district and the reply of the municipal garden bureau clearly mentioned that in accordance with the requirements of the "popularization and application of LED lighting products in the field of public lighting in Guangzhou" issued by the Guangzhou municipal government, some 23 thousand street lamps have been completed in Luogang District this year and replaced by the LED road lights. At the same time, we will actively cooperate with the relevant units in the district to carry out the construction of the whole district intelligent lighting system, and summarize the successful experience of the demonstration project in the district. It will be gradually popularized in the city of Luogang and lay the foundation for the popularization and application of the knowledge city.

It is also understood that the "Luogang District public road and the park promotion and use of LED lighting product implementation plan" formulated by the district construction and municipal garden bureau puts forward the application of the Internet of things street light control system to create a unified LED lamp intelligent management platform in the whole area. All the transformed LED lamps are fully realized the intelligent management of the single lamp, and the new public is built.
