NVC infighting: Yu Bo Chinese was provided NVC affiliated litigation

In legal proceedings, the financial company requires the first defendant (Wu Changjiang) to repay a sum of 34 million yuan of loans plus interest. The financial company further claimed that the other four defendants should jointly assume the obligations of the borrower.

The board had no knowledge of the loan and did not know that the company was involved in any such loan. The company is taking steps to obtain further details of the complaint and is seeking legal advice on its effect.
