In the base of the development goals, adhere to industry development goal for coordinate the industrial cluster to 2020 has 1000MW more than the size of the photovoltaic industry chain and large-scale LED and optoelectronic applications, to achieve output value of 100 billion yuan, and strive to become the national Torch Program industrial base and national optoelectronic information industry park.
