Nichia responded by accusing it of patent infringement billion light

The day before the LED manufacturers in Taiwan billion light (EverLight) filed a patent infringement lawsuit in April 2017 25 to the Tokyo district court, accusing the Nichia Corporation (Nichia), CITIZEN Electronics Corporation and large motor corporation against billion light patented technology issue, made a statement on this nichia.

Nichia pointed out that, in general, the patent litigation in the Tokyo district court, the complaint to the defendant in a week to two weeks delivery.
