Nichia to win customers billion light but this patent has expired

For Nichia in June 22nd issued a press release on its website, Nichia on 10 April 2014 Japan Tokyo District Court filed a patent infringement lawsuit against E&EJapan and customer billion light agents Tachibana (TachibanaEletech) for selling billion light products 1254-15ASUBC/S400-X9 (ELJ) against two Japanese Nichia patent (JP3786114 and JP3972943, the Japanese patent) this system, two patents on blue chip structure technology. Tokyo District Court judge before the date of receipt, billion light products 1254-15ASUBC/S400-X9 (ELJ) does not violate JP3786114 patent, billion light affirmed this decision.

According to the Tokyo District Court found that part of Nichia, respect the court decision billion light. However, JP3972943 patent has expired on the date of July 2014 6, and therefore no impact on the billion light products.
