OSRAM: Ledvance acquisition process as expected

The day before the German media reports on China's acquisition of OSRAM's LEDvance blocked the issue, LEDinside has pointed out that not "veto" at the time, but to provide official audit information required.

German companies in cross-border transactions with the object of transactions, must go through a certain control process to obtain approval. One is to get permission from the Federal Department of economic affairs and the Department of energy.

At present, some media began to speculate on the results of the approval and rumors. With the Federal Ministry of economic affairs and the Department of energy confirmed that they are in accordance with the standard procedures for the approval of the transaction.
