OSRAM released the latest chip with the red and orange LED--- maximum luminous efficiency of 3.5 times the original product

Germany OSRAM Opto Semiconductors (OSRAM Opto Semiconductors GmbH AlGaInP LED) listed on the "Thilfilm TOPLED Lx T67F" series of maximum luminous efficiency up to 85lm/W. A total of 5 products, of which 2 were red, the rest were red orange, orange and yellow. Mainly for automotive interior lighting, LED display and entertainment equipment, etc..

The LED equipped with a LED chip using "Thinfilm" technology. By adopting the chip, the luminous efficiency of red orange LED was raised to about 3.5 times of the original "Lx T67F" series of the company.

The light intensity of the maximum and minimum value, emission peak wavelength and luminous efficiency are as follows (both input current of the numerical 20mA): red LED "LS T67F", the brightness is 280 ~ 900mcd, the photoluminescence peak wavelength of 633nm, the luminous efficiency is 47lm/W; the corresponding value of another red "LED LR T67F" were 355 ~ 1120mcd, 625nm, 65lm/W. Red orange LED LA T67F for 560 ~ 1800mcd, 617nm, 85lm/W orange LED LO (T67F), 606nm, 85lm/W, yellow LED LY T67F is from 355 to 1120mcd, 590nm, 60lm/W, 1800mcd. All products are packaged in a surface mount package called P-LCC-2. Size: 3.5mm * 2.8mm * 1.9mm. Radiation angle of 120 degrees. The working temperature range of 40 ~ + 100 C.
